ENFA (Ecological Niche Factor Analysis) model uses a modified principal component analysis for presence only data of a species (Hirzel et al., 2002). It calculates a measure of habitat suitability based on the analysis of marginality (how the species mean differs from the global mean) and environmental tolerance (how the species variance compares to the global variance).
